Our way of working
The purpose of this call is for us to get a feel of where your business is at and ultimately where you want to be. Our team of digital consultants will be asking a variety of questions to ensure that we’re well versed on the intricacies of your business to allow us to put forward the most relevant strategy.
Once we have a clear idea of where your business is at from a social perspective, we’ll then conduct a competitor analysis/benchmark report to identify where you are as a brand vs your competitor set. From here, we’ll look for any quick wins and start to craft a strategy proposal which captures all stages of the marketing funnel: awareness, consideration, conversion and retention.
Building out a succinct campaign structure which will set the brand up for success is only part of battle. Creative and messaging is a critical aspect of determining the success of any Paid Social campaign. Our Paid Social team collaborate with our Creative team at this stage to identify what sort of creatives we think are most suited from what’s available to us. If we’re not confident that the creatives available are suitable, our creative team has the capability to create these for you, or we can brief your design team on what’s needed to set us up for success.
Once we’re all aligned on campaign strategy and we’re all set from a creative and messaging standpoint, our team will start to build out the account structure to mirror the approved strategy. This strategy may change over time as we learn more from performance insights once live, but we usually find we don’t deviate too far away from our original proposed strategy, as we know based on experience what each business needs from a digital perspective.
Once the campaign is live, our team will proactively tweak the campaigns to ensure that we’re always gaining insights to maximise performance from the campaigns. We regularly set up A/B tests on copy, creative and targeting options and will keep you updated on the results of the test, how we utilise the insights moving forward and the tests we plan on running thereafter.
Our team will regularly hold review meetings to discuss performance of the campaigns, show you what we’ve been working on/testing, and answer any questions you may have related to your account. We’ll regularly produce competitor benchmark reports and showcase growth opportunities to you backed up by data and insights to ensure that you’re fully aware of the opportunity available to scale the campaigns both inside and outside of the Paid Social landscape.
